Essential Oils Basic Introduction Class - Monday, July 30 - 6:30 PM
Yolanda Heath, CCA will be teaching an introductory class on Young Living essential oils at Heath Health Foods. The class will cover: what therapeutic grade essential oils are and how to use them for everyday purposes. There will be an introduction to 9 oils and how to use each of them which include the following oils: Peppermint, Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense, Pan Away, Peace & Calming, Purification, Thieves and Valor. The cost of the class is $30.00 which includes all materials and a sample of each essential oil. Class size is limited - to reserve your spot email Yolanda; confirmation will be sent to you!
Dessert Class: Learn how to use freshly milled flour to make your homemade desserts -
David and Linda Choate will demonstrate how to use freshly ground whole wheat to make yummy desserts. The class will start out by showing the milling process and making cinnamon rolls then move on to dessert pizza, crepes and kolaches. Samples will be available and it will be a great learning experience.
Essential Oils for Children and Babies Class -
Yolanda Heath, CCA will be teaching a class on what essential oils you can use to help with children and babies. Cost is $30.00 per person. Each person will receive sample oils and literature to take home. Please let us know you are attending so we have enough packets. No experience needed just come learn the healing properties of essential oils for your families health and well being! Homemade Pizza Making Class-
David and Linda Choate will be sharing how to make homemade pizzas of various types using fresh milled flour. .
Essential Oils for Cancer Care-Course 502 -
This six hour course explores the healing qualities of certain essential oils helpful for the physical body with a focus on the oncology population. The historical and current uses of essential oils for cancer care are reviewed. The essential oil chemistry, quality standards, safety and research are discussed especially as they relate to specific cancers and symptomatology.
Contact Hours: 6 contact hours for nurses and massage therapists. Healing Touch Program is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s COA. Contact Amanda Stafford or Yolanda Heath
